1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the JMP Mall website (the "Site") and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using the Site, you confirm you are 18+ and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change product details, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly in colour or finish

4. Orders & payment

  • An order is confirmed only after we send a confirmation email/SMS
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues) — full refund will be processed if cancelled
  • Accepted payments: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by JMP Mall or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

6. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or security
  • Submit false information or impersonate others
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Site

7. Limitation of liability

JMP Mall is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
