Refund & Returns Policy

At JMP Mall, we want you to be 100% happy with every purchase.

7-Day return window

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You have the order number or proof of purchase
  • The item was not marked "non-returnable" at the time of purchase

How to start a return

  1. Email support@jmpmall.in with your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the item
  2. Our team will reply within 24 working hours with a return shipping label or pickup arrangement
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Hand over to the courier or drop off at the collection point we provide

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (card / UPI / net banking)
  • Bank credit may take an additional 3–5 working days depending on your issuer
  • COD refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer — please share details when raising the return

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or tampered with
  • Items returned without original packaging
